Secco Ancestrale 2018
Metodo Ancestrale is the preindustrial method of making sparkling wine. Sunkissed ripe grapes are hand-picked and pressed. Using the Ancestrale method we bottle fermenting wine to capture the effervescence.

Tussie Mussie is a generous wine with a luscious stone fruit palate; honey, heavy-bottomed pears, creamy. Six months on lees assist generous mouthfeel and palate weight. Balanced with natural acidity.
Tussie Mussie Pinot Noir 2017
A rich earthy Pinot Noir with a clear cherry fruit aroma. The palate is soft and slippery, full, and generous with very fine tannin. Ready to drink now.

The inaugural Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir vineyard established 1982 on our winery property. We have persisted with the wide spacing, zero irrigation, and organic farming regime to contribute to this unique Pinot proposition.
The vision for this wine is to capture the luscious berry qualities of Pinot Noir and keep it safe in a balanced blend of Sangiovese & Shiraz. We love the complexity and harmony.
